1. Mission: Joseph’s Mission

(I) [The initial call]: He said, “Do not touch my anointed, and do not do any harm to my prophets…make him lord of his house, ruler over all he has, and teach his elders wisdom.” (Psalm 105:12-22)

(ii) [Old Testament Great Commission]: Now he says: It is a small thing for you to be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to bring back the preserved ones of Israel; I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, and I will bring my salvation to the ends of the earth. (Isaiah 49:6)

(III) [New Testament Great Commission]: "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And lo, I am with you always, to the end of the age." (Matthew 28:19-20)

2. Vision: Saving God’s Children

You come out to save your people, to save your anointed, to break the head of the wicked man, to uncover his feet and neck. (Habakkuk 3:13)

3. Goal: To preach the gospel throughout the world

Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. (Mark 16:15-16)
